The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, June 12 reveals Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will burst Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) bubble.
Also coming up, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will encourage Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to go to France. Plus, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will talk Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) out of going as her plus one. And Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will convince Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) to go to Nice with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
Y&R spoilers tease Kyle will tell his parents about Audra’s pitch to stage a battle royale at Dumas’ chateau and they’ll be impressed. But Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will point out they haven’t been invited. Kyle will say Audra finagled an invite and wants to take him as her plus one.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Kyle Sends Audra A Texting Saying That It’s On
“If we go along with this, we’ll be playing right into her hands, and that is not where we wanna be,” Diane will say. But Jack will encourage Kyle to go. So, he’ll go upstairs to call Claire Newman (Hayley Erin). “I would say Audra is setting a trap for Kyle,” Jack will tell his wife. “At the behest of Victor.”
So, Diane will ask why he’d encourage Kyle to go. Jack will say Kyle needs to be the one to look Audra in the eyes and tell her she’s failed. “Expose the trap and walk away with a win.” Kyle will return and say Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) has stabilized. And Claire has given him her blessing to go to Nice. So, he’s going to go pack a bag.
Meanwhile, Audra will tell Nate about her plans for her perfume war at Aristotle Dumas’ party. Nate will say he’s surprised she got invited at all. So, Audra will lie and say she sent her idea to the mysterious business man and secured an invite.
However, Nate will be skeptical and say it doesn’t make sense. But Audra will tell him she saw an opportunity and it’s going to pay off. “I can’t help but wonder if Lily and Devon, and now you, are walking into some kind of trap,” he’ll reply. So, he’d feel better about it if she takes him as her plus one.
“You don’t want to do that,” she’ll reply. She’ll remind him he promised to run Winters for his cousins while they are away. Plus, she’ll say she’s going to be working the whole time. As Nate walks her to the lobby, she’ll get a text from Kyle. “It’s on. See you in France.”
At Sharon’s place, Mariah will arrive. She’ll tell her mom she’s opened a dialogue with Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) about what happened when she was away on business. Then Nick will arrive to try to talk Sharon into going to Nice with him.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Nick Tells Sharon To Head Up To Pack
A stunned Mariah will ask why Sharon turned down his invitation. “I would feel terrible if you miss out on an opportunity like this because of me,” she’ll say. So, after much convincing, Sharon will agree to go to France with Nick.
He’ll tell Sharon they’ve got a plane to catch. And she’ll head upstairs to pack. Mariah will mention to Nick that he and Sharon have been spending a lot of time together. So, she’ll ask if something is going on. “Sharon and I are not a thing,” he’ll reply, adding that they’re just good for each other.
At Crimson Lights, Chelsea will ask Victor not to launch a smear campaign against Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). She’ll say she wants to cut a deal with him. Chelsea will add that she’s figured out the true identity of Aristotle Dumas.
“I give you Dumas’ name and you back off Billy,” she’ll add. Victor will ask if she’s still in love with Billy and is just using his son. Chelsea will deny it. Then Victor will say he doesn’t need her information. “I already know who Aristotle Dumas is.”
Chelsea will ask if he’s bluffing. “You’re here to tell me that Aristotle Dumas is Tucker McCall,” Victor will add. Chelsea will say he got her. “Tucker is Dumas.” But Victor will tell Chelsea he hates to disappoint her. “Tucker McCall is not Aristotle Dumas.”
Finally, Chelsea will ask Victor how he’s so sure she’s wrong about Dumas. So, he’ll tell her that Tucker has spent the last six months in a prison in India. He’ll also advise Chelsea to abandon the idea of protecting Billy. But will she?
